Account Registration
The Website itself does not host real-money gambling. Any real-money play occurs only after you create an Account directly with a Third-Party Operator (Cadtree Limited for Ontario or Bayton Ltd for the Rest of Canada). The following principles apply and are reflected, in more detailed form, in the Third-Party Operators' own terms and conditions.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 19 years old, or at least 18 years old if you are located in Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec, or any higher minimum age required in your province or territory of residence. Under no circumstances may any person under the age of 18 use the Services or open a gambling Account.
- Location: You may only register and play where online gambling is lawful and where the relevant Third-Party Operator is duly licensed to offer its services. In particular:
- Ontario Players must access the locally regulated site (currently jackpotcity.on.ca) operated by Cadtree Limited under AGCO/iGO oversight.
- RoC Players must access the sites operated by Bayton Ltd under MGA licence MGA/B2C/145/2007 (currently jackpotcity.com and jackpotcity.ca).
Account Creation and Verification (KYC)
- Registration data: When you open an Account with a Third-Party Operator, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details). You must promptly update this information if it changes.
- Email and phone verification: You may be required to verify your email address and/or phone number through a confirmation link, code, or similar process before using your Account or receiving Bonuses.
- KYC documents: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing, and regulatory requirements, the Third-Party Operator will normally require you to submit documents such as:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport or driver's licence).
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a redacted card statement).
User Obligations
- Accuracy: You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information. Creating Accounts on behalf of others or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must:
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Not share your credentials with any person.
- Notify the Third-Party Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Single account per jurisdiction: You may not create multiple Accounts with the same Third-Party Operator in the same jurisdiction. Duplicate Accounts may be closed and any Bonuses cancelled.
- Responsible gambling: You must only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If you experience harm related to gambling, you should use available self-exclusion tools and seek help from recognized organizations such as CAMH or provincial support services.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Website may describe games, betting limits, and gameplay features offered by Third-Party Operators but does not itself accept Bets. When you place a Bet via an Account with Cadtree Limited or Bayton Ltd, that Bet is governed by the specific game rules and house terms published on the relevant operational site. The following points summarize common rules and expectations.
Placing Bets
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has defined minimum and maximum Bet amounts, as indicated in the game interface. Limits may differ between Ontario and RoC offerings and may be changed by the Third-Party Operator at any time.
- Types of bets: Depending on the game, you may place fixed-odds, multi-line, progressive jackpot, or side Bets. For live dealer games (e.g., via Evolution or OnAir), only Bets confirmed before the "no more bets" stage are valid.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been processed and recorded by the Third-Party Operator's servers. The transaction record held by the Operator is final, subject to Applicable Law and regulator oversight.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- User-initiated changes: Once a Bet is accepted and the game round has begun, you generally cannot cancel or modify that Bet. Some games may allow changes prior to final confirmation; you must review on-screen prompts carefully.
- Operator corrections: If a Bet is accepted at incorrect odds, limits, or payouts due to an obvious error (including technical or human error), the Third-Party Operator may void or adjust the Bet to the correct terms in accordance with its policies and Applicable Law.
- Technical interruptions: If a game session is interrupted due to a system failure, the outcome will be determined according to the relevant game rules and the Operator's terms. In many cases, undecided rounds are either completed automatically on the server or cancelled with the Bet amount returned.
Fairness and Randomness
- Certified games: Games provided by the Third-Party Operators are supplied by reputable software providers such as Microgaming and are, as referenced, tested and certified (for example by eCOGRA in 2024). Those certifications indicate that the random number generators (RNGs) operate fairly within the tested scope.
- Regulatory oversight: Ontario operations are overseen by AGCO and iGaming Ontario; Rest-of-Canada operations are overseen by the MGA. These regulators may audit game fairness and dispute-resolution processes through at least 2026.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players, and staff in any chat or live casino environment. The following are prohibited:
- Insults, harassment, or hate speech.
- Threats, bullying, or obscene content.
- Promotion of illegal activities or other gambling sites.
- Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, use automated tools (bots), collude with other players, exploit software bugs, or engage in chargeback abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to regulators or law enforcement.
- Responsible play tools: Where available, you should use deposit limits, session reminders, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools provided by the Third-Party Operator to manage your gambling behaviour.
Bonus Terms
The Website may describe or compare Bonuses available from Third-Party Operators. Any Bonus you claim is provided by the relevant Operator and is subject to its specific promotional terms, which take precedence over this summary. You must always read the full bonus terms published by Cadtree Limited or Bayton Ltd before opting in.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Eligibility: Bonus offers are generally available only to new or existing Players who meet jurisdictional requirements (e.g., being located in Ontario for AGCO/iGO offers or outside Ontario but within Canada for MGA-licensed offers) and who have successfully completed age and identity verification.
- Activation: A Bonus may require:
- Opt-in on the promotions page.
- Entry of a bonus code during deposit.
- Making a qualifying deposit of at least the specified minimum.
- Wagering (playthrough): Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 30 - 70x the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit). Only after the wagering requirement is met by or before the stated deadline (commonly within 30 days and not later than throughout 2026 for time-limited campaigns) may remaining bonus funds be withdrawn as cash.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game contribution: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10 - 20%, some games 0%). Operators may exclude specific low-risk betting patterns or games from bonus play.
- Abusive strategies: The following may lead to Bonus forfeiture and/or Account closure:
- Placing minimal-risk bets to clear wagering (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette).
- Deliberately delaying game rounds or hoarding bonus-derived wins to cash out later under different conditions.
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once.
Combining Promotions
- No stacking by default: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions at the same time. Only one active Bonus is usually permitted per Account.
- Sequence and expiry: Bonuses may be credited and must be used in a fixed sequence. Unused Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the promotional period, which will not extend beyond the stated expiry dates into or beyond 2026 unless expressly communicated by the Operator.
- Precedence of Operator terms: In case of any inconsistency between this summary and the specific promotional terms on the Operator's site, the latter shall govern.
Payments & Withdrawals
All deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions are processed directly by the relevant Third-Party Operator, not by jackpotcity-win.ca. The following is a general overview; specific conditions are set out in the Operators' own terms and cashier pages.
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Methods: Depending on your province or territory, available methods may include:
- Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- Interac and other bank transfer solutions.
- Selected e-wallets or prepaid vouchers.
- Other methods permitted by Applicable Law; cryptocurrency may or may not be supported and, where offered, will be subject to additional rules.
- Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day/month. These limits may vary between Ontario and RoC sites and may be adjusted over time, including throughout 2026, for regulatory or risk-management reasons.
- Fees: The Third-Party Operator may absorb transaction fees or pass them on to you. Your bank or payment provider may also charge independent fees or foreign-exchange costs, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Verification: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for deposits where possible. The Operator may require full KYC verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Processing times: Typical internal processing times may range from a few hours up to several business days, depending on the method and jurisdiction. External banking or payment network delays are outside the Operator's control.
- Limits and review: The Operator may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, particularly for large wins. High-value withdrawals may be made in instalments and are subject to additional security checks.
Refunds and Reversals
- Deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. In limited circumstances (e.g., demonstrable technical error), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to Applicable Law, issue a partial or full refund.
- Bets and Bonuses: Bets already settled will not normally be voided or refunded. Where a game or round is declared void due to malfunction or error, the usual remedy is return of the stake to your balance.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback may lead to immediate Account suspension, reporting to payment providers, and recovery of any amounts unduly reversed.
Limitation of Liability
This section distinguishes between (a) the informational services provided via jackpotcity-win.ca and (b) the licensed gambling services provided by Third-Party Operators. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under non-excludable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Operator Obligations
- Information accuracy: The Operator of jackpotcity-win.ca uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Jackpot City Casino content, including information about licences (AGCO/iGO, MGA), eCOGRA certification, and promotional details, is accurate and up to date through at least 2026. However, Third-Party Operators may change their terms, offers, or game line-ups without notice to us.
- Fair presentation: The Website aims to present unbiased and transparent information about the Jackpot City Casino brand and related services. Where financial or affiliate relationships exist within the Super Group (SGHC) Limited group, these do not affect your statutory rights.
- Technical measures: Reasonable technical measures are taken to keep the Website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Exclusions and Limits
- No responsibility for Third-Party Operators: The Operator is not responsible for:
- The conduct, acts, or omissions of Cadtree Limited, Bayton Ltd, or any other Third-Party Operator.
- The outcome of Bets, game fairness (beyond referencing independent certifications such as eCOGRA), or the timely processing of deposits and withdrawals.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from:
- Internet or network interruptions.
- Hardware or software failures on your device.
- Denial-of-service attacks or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Operator in connection with your use of the Website is limited to:
- The amount, if any, you have paid directly to the Operator for access to the Website (excluding normal gambling stakes paid to Third-Party Operators); or
- Where a specific Bet placed via a Third-Party Operator is proven to have been affected solely by a misrepresentation on our Website, an amount not exceeding the stake of that Bet.
Responsible Gambling and Risk Notice
- Risk of loss: Gambling involves financial risk and can lead to losses. You should not view casino games as a means of income. Progressive jackpots and other large prizes, while funded in part through pooled liquidity (e.g., via Games Global), are never guaranteed.
- Problem gambling: If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should stop playing immediately, use self-exclusion tools, and seek professional help, including resources offered by CAMH and provincial responsible gambling programs.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Website content: All text, graphics, design elements, and other content on jackpotcity-win.ca (including the Jackpot City Casino review) are owned by the Operator or licensed to it and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Third-party marks: The brand names "Jackpot City Casino", "Cadtree Limited", "Bayton Ltd", "Super Group (SGHC) Limited", as well as any logos, trademarks, or service marks of software providers (e.g., Microgaming, Evolution, OnAir) and regulators (AGCO, iGaming Ontario, MGA, eCOGRA) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply any ownership by the Operator.
Permitted Use and Restrictions
- Personal use only: You may access and print limited portions of the Website for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating the Jackpot City Casino offerings.
- Prohibited uses: You may not, without prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or publicly display substantial parts of the Website content.
- Distribute, license, sell, or otherwise exploit the content for commercial purposes.
- Use automated tools (including scraping, bots, or spiders) to extract data from the Website, except where allowed by Applicable Law and standard search engine practices.
- Software: Any software, scripts, or code running on or made available through the Website remain the property of the Operator or its licensors and may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or otherwise tampered with except to the limited extent expressly permitted by Applicable Law.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: Personal data collected through jackpotcity-win.ca, if any, is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You should review that policy carefully to understand how your data is collected, used, stored, and shared.
- Third-Party Operators: When you register an Account or transact with Cadtree Limited, Bayton Ltd, or any other Third-Party Operator, your data is processed under that Operator's privacy policy and under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction (including Canadian privacy laws and, for MGA-licensed play, applicable EU/EEA or Maltese data protection rules).
- Security: While the Operator uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your own devices and network.
Changes to Terms
- Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, or business developments, including changes in Canadian gambling regulation or in the operations of Cadtree Limited or Bayton Ltd through at least 2026.
- Notice procedure: Material changes will be communicated by:
- Updating the "effective date" at the top of these Terms; and
- Displaying a notice or banner on the Website and/or, where appropriate, by email or on-site notification if you have registered for updates or related services.
- Continued use: Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Website and, where relevant, manage or close your gambling Account with the appropriate Third-Party Operator according to its terms.
Termination & Suspension
Because jackpotcity-win.ca primarily provides informational services, "Accounts" in the strict sense are maintained with Third-Party Operators. However, the Operator may still terminate or restrict your access to the Website, and Third-Party Operators may take action on your gambling Account, in the circumstances described below.
Grounds for Termination or Suspension
- By the Operator (Website): Access to the Website may be temporarily or permanently restricted if:
- You attempt to attack or disrupt the Website (e.g., hacking, DDoS, scraping in violation of these Terms).
- You use the Website for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal gambling.
- You repeatedly breach these Terms or ignore notices to cease prohibited activities.
- By Third-Party Operators (Gambling Accounts): Cadtree Limited or Bayton Ltd may suspend or close your gambling Account for, among other reasons:
- Age or identity verification failure.
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Self-exclusion or responsible gambling measures.
- Regulatory requirements imposed by AGCO/iGO, MGA, or other authorities.
Consequences and Funds
- Website access: If your access to the Website is terminated, these Terms will remain in force to the extent necessary to resolve any outstanding issues (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses).
- Balances with Operators: Upon Account closure by a Third-Party Operator, any remaining real-money balance will typically be returned to you, subject to:
- Completion of any pending security or AML checks.
- Deduction of any chargebacks, fraud-related losses, or regulatory holds.
- Forfeiture of Bonuses and related winnings where closure is due to bonus abuse or serious breach of operator terms.
- Notice: Where reasonably possible, you will be informed of the reasons for suspension or closure by the relevant Operator or by the Website, unless legal or security considerations prevent detailed disclosure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Website Terms
- Applicable law for Website use: These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with your use of jackpotcity-win.ca, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
